Rochester: May 6, 2015. Age 21 after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Robert A. Kielkowicz. Survived by his mother, Stephanie (Greg); father, Robert Jr. \"Beep\" (Heather) Kielkowicz; sisters & brother, Ashley, Alyssa, Wylie, Madeline; niece, Lily; maternal grandparents, Beverly Wasylina, Patrick Honan; paternal grandmother, Mary Kielkowicz; uncles, Scott (Kathy) Honan, James (Ada) Kielkowicz; aunt, Michele (Rick) Simmons; many relatives and friends. A special thanks to Dr. Korones and the caring staff at Golisano Children\'s Hospital.
Family & friends may call at Thomas, Saturday 9th from 1-5pm, with a service at 5pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Golisano Children\'s Hospital.
