Charlotte NY: Passed over peacefully in the arms of his family on 11/22/17. A proud son of Charlotte NY, he is survived by a City of friends. Bob was a dedicated father of three, steadfast friend, Scoutmaster, civic leader, and a pretty good golfer. His heart was big enough for all of us. He ran Campbell Opticians for decades. In keeping with his wishes, a memorial celebration of his life will take place in the spring so the many people who he touched can trade the stories that he spun for us.
