With deep respect and sadness, we announce the passing of Paw Thoo De, who departed this life on June 21, 2026, at the age of 83. Born in Burma on December 24, 1942, Paw Thoo De lived a life marked by quiet dignity and strength, shaping memories cherished by all who knew him.

Friends, family, and all who wish to pay their respects; a visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Thomas Funeral Chapels, located at 4545 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612. Following the visitation, a burial service will take place at Riverside Cemetery, 2650 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY 14612.
