Predeceased by parents, Angelo and Anna Jean Muratore; mother in law, Patricia Maynard; brothers, Angelo and Samuel Muratore; beloved cousin, Gemma Ehman.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Jerold P. Maynard; son, Jerold A. (Jessica)Maynard; grandchildren, Hannah and Olivia Maynard; sister, Gemma (Herman) Humphries; brother, Anthony (Deanna) Muratore; father in law, Jerold J. Maynard; brother in law, Jim (Sandy) Maynard; sister in laws, Jackie (Chuck) Huseman, Julie (Daryl) James and Toni Muratore; Aunt Marion Proetta and many loving nieces and nephews.The family would like to give special thanks to Unity Dialysis and Dr. Anthony Ragusa for their loving care.

Family & friends may call at Thomas Friday Jan 27th from 4-8pm. Funeral Mass, Holy Cross Church,Saturdayat 11am.In lieu of flowers,donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
