Hamlin: September 19, 2022 at the age of 50. Predeceased by her mother, Anita Holmes; father, Waldron Holmes; son, John O'Neil Jr, step father in law, John Breen; mother in law, Elizabeth Breen; sister in law, Twila O'Neil, brother in law, James O'Neil Sr.  

 Survived by her loving husband, John O'Neil Sr; sisters, Kim (Bell) Brown, Wendy Holmes; sisters in law, Mary Kostiw, Maureen (Ronald) Shenck; brother in law, Timothy (Feifei) O'Neil Jr; father in law, Timothy O'Neil Sr; step mother, Pat Holmes; brother, Billy Holmes; her fur babies, Caramel & Hazel; 13 nieces & nephews; 18 great nieces & nephews; 4 great great nieces & nephews.

    Lucy was employed by the Monroe County Clerk ALB at the Irondequoit office.  She loved watching movies on Netflix; watching the Walking Dead. Lucy loved to be in nature with her husband John and her two dogs Caramel & Hazel. She loved her late night calls and texting with her family. Florida was Lucy's home for many years; she loved being there with her friends and family. Lucy loved the beach life and sunshine.

We will love and miss you always.

A graveside service will be held Saturday October 1st, 10am, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Please gather at the main Lake Avenue Holy Sepulchre Cemetery gate at 9:45am.
