Survived by his loving wife, Min Makowski-Wood; sons, Frank (fiancee Tammy Read) Wood, Steven Wood; daughter, Nina (Mark) Shepardson of VA; stepchildren, Mark (Gerelyn) Makowski, Mitch Makowski, Jules Makowski, Jean Makowski-Lewis; grandchildren & great-grandchildren; brothers & sisters, William, Wayne (Sharon), Wilber (Charlotte), Doris, Armeeta, Kathy Wood. Lenny was a member of Ira Jacobson Post 474.
