Charlotte: January 17, 2018. Predeceased by her husband, George \"Ned\" Hancock; sister, Celine Redmond. Survived by her loving sons, Robert (Anita), Terence (Ellen); grandchildren, Ryan (Erin), Brett, Leah, Cody, Brennan, Caitlin; sister, Helen Farrell; many nephews, family, & friends.
Leona was a member of the Ancient Order of the Hibernians, and Xavier Club. Proud graduate of Holy Cross School and Nazareth Academy. Leona was a dedicated volunteer at Holy Cross Parish; donating her time and talent to the sacristy, choir, festivals, bingo, auctions, and to the school library. She took great pride in her Canadian roots and keeping in touch with many cousins in Canada.
Family & friends may call at Thomas Friday Jan 19th from 4-7pm. Funeral Mass, Holy Cross Church, Saturday 12:30pm. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Women\'s Care Center, 3252 Lake Avenue, Rochester NY 14612 or the Humane Society of Greater Rochester.
