Survived by her husband, Carroll Ballard; children, David (Katy) Cooper, Amanda Cooper, Timothy (Kale) Cooper, Emily Ballard, Steven Ballard; grandchildren, Cayden & Bryce Cooper, Chase Zimmer, Sophia Cooper; many dear relatives and friends.
