Jeffrey M Neely passed away peacefully on Friday February the 13th in Rochester NY. Born in Rochester NY on November 8th 1973, he was the son of Carole and the late Michael Neely.

He is survived by his mother Carole Neely (Norman Schaeffer); girlfriend, Anna Osterhaut and her children Zavier and Finley; brother, Joshua (Emily) Neely; nephews, Caleb and Jesse (Shelby) Neely; niece, Ella Neely and great nephew; Michael Neely.

Jeffrey was a 4 year state champion wrestler at Edison Tech and immediately following graduation he opened his own construction company: Neely Construction. He was a master of trades; beginning as a carpenter. He was licensed in all areas of residential and commercial construction; creating and building exquisite custom architecture for his clients.

Jeffrey was also an Eagle Scout who had a lifelong love for the outdoors including hiking, kayaking and camping.

Friends and family are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, February 20th from 5-7 pm  at Thomas Funeral Chapels, 4545 Lake Avenue in Rochester. Jeffrey's memorial mass will be Saturday February 21st at 9:30 am at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Parkway in  Rochester NY. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your favorite charity in Jeffreys name.
