Rochester: Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on December 28, 2015, at age 60. He served in theArmywhere he achieved an award for sharp shooter. Jeff was an avid fisherman and hunter which he enjoyed with his son \"Scooter\". His sense of humor and his love of life and family will be missed. He is survived by his longtime wife and friend, Gloria, his son Steven \"Scooter\", sisters Deborah Koch, April Carron, numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents William and Laura, and his sister Kimberly.

Family & friends may call at Thomas, Sat., Jan. 2nd from 4-6pm, followed by a closing prayer and Military Honors.
