Charlotte: April 22, 2021, at the age of 73. Predeceased by his parents, James & Winifred O'Neill. Survived by his siblings, John Michael O'Neill, Winifred O'Neill, Martha (Dennie) McMichael; nephew, Tim McMichael; nieces, Kathleen Paterson, Maureen McMichael, Briget Natale and their families; Pat's second family, Deborah "Ma" (Michael) Krenzer, Shana (Donte), Madison, Miyah, Malanie, D'Nahla, Donte' Ann; his "Partner", Lisa DiGiovanni; & the "Old Gang" and all his Charlotte family.
Family & friends may call at Thomas Saturday May 8th, 1-5pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be directed to the Charlotte Lighthouse, geneseelighthouse.org/donate
