Rochester: Unexpectedly July, 7th 2014. Predeceased by parents, Howard Merton Cooper, Sr. and Geraldine Dow; step-father, Donald Dow; brother, Rodney, step-sister, Mary Ann Matthews, step-brother Bernie Dow. Survived by children, Jeremy, Gregory, Lisa (Jonathan) Paredes; 5 grandchildren; siblings, Dale, Mark (Dee) Cooper, Matthew (Mary) Cooper, Wanda Cooper, David (Diane) Dow, Barbara Jo (Milton) Sabol, Jeanne Crawford, Donald (Sheryl) Dow, Robert (Edye) Dow; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 7 PM on Monday July, 14th at Thomas Funeral Chapel, 4545 Lake Ave., Rochester, NY.
