Greece: April 20, 2017. Age 66. Beloved husband, father, & \"Papa Bear\". Predeceased by his parents, Ernest brothers Willard & Wilbur. Survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Kathleen; children Franklin Jr (Sonya) & Katey (Vincent) Testa; 12 grandchildren; sisters Brenda, Julie, & Vanola Fitzwater; many nieces, nephews & great nieces and nephews, dear relatives and friends. Franklin proudly retired from the US Army. He was a member of American Legion Post #468. Special thanks to his children and grandchildren, they meant the world to him.
Family and friends may call at Thomas Tuesday April 25th from 4-7pm, prayers at 7pm. Graveside Service & Military Honors Wednesday 10am Riverside Cemetery, please gather at the cemetery gate at 9:50am.
