Passed peacefully on February 11, 2016. Predeceased by the love of his life, Rosemarie Romeo; parents, Carmen Sr brothers, Tony, Joe, & Carmen. Survived by daughters, Jeanette (Leo) Tydings, Lisa Markidis; loving grandchildren, Melissa (Joseph) Levato, James Markidis, Christopher Tydings, Caitlin Markidis, Kyler Markidis; precious great-granddaughter, Madison Levato; sister, Constance Covello; many wonderful nieces and nephews whom he cherished like his own children; special friends & co-workers from NTID at RIT, from which he retired in 1994.

Services at convenience of the family. Those wishing may make a donation to Lifetime Care Hospice in Frank\'s memory or to a charity of one\'s choice. A special gathering to celebrate Frank\'s life will take place at a later date
