Survived by his daughter, Hailey Marie Appleby; brothers & sisters, Laurie (Ray) Dickerman, Debbie Ellsworth, Paul (Debbie) Appleby, Dave (Anita) Appleby, Pam (Rob) Appleby, Mike (Sheree) Lentz; several nieces & nephews; good friends Bonnie, Drew, & Dan.
