Lehigh Acres, FL: Formerly of Rochester NY. Suddenly passed away on March 25, 2017 at age 69. Beloved husband of the late Carol Anne Shattuck (Bombard). Predeceased by his parents William P Shattuck & Pamela (Shattuck) Bennett. Survived by sons, Jerry daughter, Michele; grandchildren, Blake, Kyle, & Rilynn; close sister Pam Shattuck of Belfast NY; another sister and two brothers; many dear relatives and friends. Mike was an active member in the American Legion & VFW. Proud to serve & fight for his country, Mike eagerly joined the 101st Airborne Division and became a paratrooper. Mike was a recipient of the Purple Heart for being wounded during his Army tour in Vietnam.
Family and friends may call at Thomas Tuesday April 4th from 4-7pm, prayers and Military Honors at 7pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society or your local veteran\'s organization.
