Labigan, Jeanne E. (McComb)Rochester: February 1, 2016. Age 88. Predeceased by her husband, Richard; son, Kevin; granddaughter, Kaitlin. Devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Survived by her children, David (Ellen), Susan, Neil (Wendy), Brian (Michele), William (Julie) of CA; daughter-in-law, Sylvia; grandchildren, Heather (Dave) Carley, Hayley, Christopher (Michele), James, Rossana (Aaron) Dombeck, Susan, Aaron, Jared, Brian Jr. (Brittany), Brittany great-grandchildren, Marquise, Matthew, Sarah, Lauren, Kameron, Keira & Grayson; brothers, sisters, relatives & friends. Jeanne was a long time community advocate & activist, she spent many years assisting the St. Francis Xavier and St. Michael Parishes. A special thanks to the caring staff at St. Ann\'s Home, 2nd floor Memory Unit & 1st floor Special Care Unit.
